"Best Header Image" Award

I usually like to spend more time on a blog with a good header image and design. So I’ve decided to encourage bloggers by giving an award to the blog with the best header image.

Amongst the participants of a BlogCatalog Discussion I have chosen a winner. Some header images were nice but they didn’t go well with the rest of the body/template. I had a really tough time choosing between two particular blog but at the end of the day someone had to win.

    Personally, I don't care if a blog has a header or not. I have seen blogs with fancy headers that didn't have any content worth reading, and on the other hand I have seen many excellent blogs with no header at all.

    I'm glad to be in the running. As a web-designer I believe having a well designed header can do wonders for a blog. Content is just as important.

    john@ yeah u r right. i ave also seen blogs which have good header image but bad content. but good header image is like a turn on for me.
