Benefits of Self Hypnosis
Self hypnosis can be a great tool for relieving stress. It helps an individual to feel physically and mentally relaxed if properly performed. Self hypnosis promotes your self-control, confidence, focus, and self-efficiency. It can also help when dealing with quitting smoking or losing weight. Self hypnosis is much safer (beneficial) then being hypnotized/suggested by a therapist, as you are in control of what you suggest yourself.
